On Saturday  19th September at 10am we set off on our adventure to Jura. The day started with wet showers although by the time we got to Jura the weather had Improved and we were able to have our packed lunch down at the Pier.

Day Trip To Jura

Was funded by Sylvia Aitken Charitable Trust

The kids all enjoyed sometime at the play park and were reluctant to leave!

We next headed off to Korran Beach where we gathered some lovely shells.

The kids also had nets and Joshua caught a sea urchin and Lachlan caught a small fish.

The Jura Gardens was the next stop we took the long walk down which was beautiful and enjoyed sometime in the garden.

I told the kids that they should go and have a look at the monkeys that had arrived! They were very disappointed when I was talking about the boys in the tree !
